Today is a great day to start over!

The truth of the matter is simply this...you can reinvent yourself whenever you like.

How's that for simple?

Before I give you the keys to reinvention...for free ( I might add), let me first tell you what I learned today. In my travels I get to meet all types of people. From the fascinating adventurer to the old soul full of wisdom. And everything in between! Today I met a intriguing Bengali beauty, by the name of Jasmine (as in Aladdin). In the brief moments we shared together I got to know her and I was allowed to impart some Godly wisdom. In a period of less than 5 mins (ok maybe 10) I found out she had been married, abandoned, a social outcast, a new driver, & a recipient of a GED. AMAZING! Still she hungered for more knowledge. However, she couldn't afford the price of an education. We never know when God will have us speak but we must always be ready to do his will. His will for me was to explain to her the meaning of self worth & not to discount her life experience.

You see life experience is more valuable than what you will ever learn in a formal setting. I BELIEVE IN FORMAL EDUCATION! I also believe that God uses the world as his classroom. We were magnificently created and all that we ever need are already in us. We just have to learn to control our emotional ship during our maritime woes (that's not always easy!).

Embrace experience she is the best instructor.

The first keys to reinvention (drum roll please....):

1. Know your self worth.
Self-worth is simply the value you place on yourself.
You are already priceless!
2. Get a mission statement for your life.
My life mission is: "To happily equip others with the skills & resources they need for their
success!"

Stay tuned for more keys to reinvention.
